Juan Pablo Aliaga, known as KODA, is a DJ and electronic music producer from Mendoza, Argentina, now living in Australia. He started producing at a young age and gradually found his place in minimal and psychedelic techno, shaping a sound that feels personal, direct, and focused on atmosphere and rhythm.
Over the years, his music has been released through respected labels such as Alula, Subios, Alpaka, Technognsis, Shadow Wulf, and Joker Black Label. These releases helped introduce his work to new audiences and opened the doors to performances in different parts of Argentina, including Neuquén, RÃo Negro, Buenos Aires, and his hometown of Mendoza.
KODA has also taken his music abroad, playing in Australia and New Zealand, and has had the opportunity to share the booth with well-known international artists like Deborah De Luca. His sets are built around tension, groove, and steady progression, aiming to create a strong connection with the dancefloor without relying on clichés.
Currently based in Australia, KODA continues to develop his sound and expand his presence within the global techno community.
