The terms and conditions of entry for all NYX events are as follows;
General admission event. Under the Civil Liabilities Act 2002: General Admission Crowds may cause Recreational Risks. Patrons must assess their own risk on entry.
People must not attend the event if they have any COVID-19, flu or any contagious symptoms.
Stay at home if unwell or have a cough, fever, sore throat, fatigue or shortness of breath.
How to seek assistance if becoming unwell during the event (locate security, first aid, event officials, or report to the info tent)
This is an all ages event and minors must be accompanied and supervised by an adult parent or guardian.
All patrons must have a valid ticket or other approved authorization to enter the event.
All Tickets must have the exact name as per matching ID of the person entering the event. Name changes and ticket transfers are possible by the original purchaser by logging in to triniq.com/profile
Tickets purchased through unauthorized points of sale may be cancelled or denied admission without refund, at the discretion of the promoter.
No Tixel, TicketSwap or any other third party ticket or resale marketplace will be accepted, for selling tickets for resale the original purchaser must use Triniq via triniq.com/profile and for those resale buyers of tickets they must use the official Triniq Resale Marketplace at triniq.com/resale
Tickets lost or stolen may not be replaced. If lost, redownload from triniq.com/profile
The promoter or venue shall not be held liable for any personal loss, injury or damages encountered entering or within the event.
The right of admission is reserved.
No refunds will be issued following ejection from the event or refused entry.
No refunds will be granted for change in personal circumstances.
All patrons consent to any official filming, photography and sound recordings as members of the audience.
STRICTLY no pets / animals or motorized bikes unless authorized by Event Management.
Illicit Drugs & excessive glass and are NOT permitted – Security procedures are in effect and you may be requested to submit to a search of your person and/or property. Failure to comply will mean you will be prevented from entering the event.
Appropriate standards of behaviour are expected and persons deemed to be behaving in a manner that is dangerous or unacceptable would be refused admission and/or removed from the event.
Disruptive or offensive behaviour will result in removal or refusal from the event.
Activities such as ‘stage diving’, ‘moshing’, ‘crowd surfing’ ‘and ‘climbing’ are strictly prohibited.
Unauthorised soliciting and surveying is not permitted.
The right is reserved to add, delete or replace artists and performers without notice.
WARNING – This is a TOTAL FIRE BAN event. Any patrons found to be lighting fires of any nature will be reprimanded and may be evicted from the event without refund. There will be an authorised and controlled “fire pit” on- site. Please adhere the local law regarding fires.
WARNING – It is possible that exposure to loud music may cause damage to hearing. Please be aware that flash lighting strobes and other special effects may be used during the event.
Patrons are NOT permitted to bring the following Items into the event.
- Illicit drugs
- Excessive amounts of alcohol
- Excessive amounts of glass, (FREE drinking water will be available)
- Non / Motorized – Skateboards, scooters, roller blades or bicycles
- Knives, weapons, packages or fireworks
- Water pistols
- Lasers
- Milk crates
- Non approved video equipment and professional cameras
- Animals (apart from authorised guide/companion dogs)
- And any other items deemed by management to be dangerous or capable of causing a public nuisance.
Any patrons found not adhering to the Local Law and the ‘Conditions of Entry’ will be reprimanded and may be evicted from the event without refund.
